All of our Bonsai  and related products are kept in Gauteng.

We exclusively use The Courier Guy, door to door service,  NO OTHER service is used.   Each order which is fulfilled has a unique tracking link which is automatically emailed to you. This enables you to check where your order is and when it is out for delivery.

We only deliver within South Africa only.

3-5 working days (Tuesday- Saturday)

All major centers within SA.  Outlying areas could take longer.

HANDLING

Please allow 1-2 business days to ship orders. If you require a quick turnaround or delivery on a certain day we will be more than happy to accommodate your needs where possible.

Jo-Da Bonsai uses the finest packaging materials available to assure that your live tree and products are not damaged by the carrier while allowing trees to breathe en - route.   We ship trees Monday through Wednesday, as we do not want trees sitting in warehouse over weekends.  All other items are shipped Monday through Friday.

PAYMENT

We accept direct EFT, please use your order number as reference.  Please email proof of payment to info@jodabonsai.com.  We accept debit and credit card payments online with Yoco.  Please choose the Yoco icon when paying online with debit or credit card.

RETURNS

• Returns are accepted up to 14 days after purchase, and goods must be in their original packaging and is good order.

•  Returns are also accepted for ‘change of mind’ or ‘wrong size’. Your selected replacement product will be sent or store credit gift card will be issued. Returned items are also shipped at purchasers’ expense.
