• Returns are accepted up to 14 days after purchase, and goods must be in their original packaging and in good order.

•  Returns are also accepted for ‘change of mind’ or ‘wrong size’. Your selected replacement product will be sent or a  store credit gift card will be issued. Returned items are also shipped at purchasers’ expense.

All of our Bonsai  and related products are kept in Gauteng.  

​We exclusively use The Courier Guy, door-to-door service,  NO OTHER service is used.   Each order that is fulfilled has a unique tracking link which is automatically emailed to you. This enables you to check where your order is and when it is out for delivery.

​We only deliver within South Africa only.

3-5 working days (Tuesday- Friday)

All major centers within SA.  Outlying areas could take longer. 

​HANDLING

Please allow 1-2 business days to ship orders. If you require a quick turnaround or delivery on a certain day we will be more than happy to accommodate your needs where possible.

We ship trees Monday through Wednesday, as we do not want trees sitting in warehouse over weekends.  All other items are shipped Monday through Friday.
